KATHY WEST, Executive Director, began working at ALQI in February 2008 as CHAMP Program Coordinator. Upon retirement of ALQI’s first and only executive director, on July 1, 2014, Kathy became ALQI’s second executive director. In addition, she has worked with Operation Sharing Tennessee from its inception in 2008 and currently serves as Secretary on its Board of Directors. She also serves on The Salvation Army Scott County Service Unit oversight committee, on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Scott County Public Libraries, is a member of the Scott County Health Council, a member of the Student Health Advisory Committees for the Oneida Special School District as well as the Scott County School District, serves as a member of the Scott County Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Great Scott HTC Committee, and continues to serve as Program Coordinator of ALQI’s Children’s Health and Maintenance Plan (CHAMP) program. Kathy is married to her husband of 40 years, Greg. They have one son, Michael and daughter-in-law, Tesa; and the light of her life, granddaughter, Kaelyn. Kathy and her family attend New Salem United Baptist Church where she serves as Sunday School teacher of the teen girls’ class.

KATIE GARRETT WILLOUGHBY, Administrative Assistant, graduated from York Agricultural Institute in 2010 and went on to the Tennessee College of Applied Technology where she graduated with a degree in Administrative Office with Accounting Emphasis in 2011. Katie started work for ALQI as an Administrative Assistant part time in October 2011 and moved up to full time in February 2012. Katie is in charge of bookkeeping for ALQI as well as 2 other programs and works with all of ALQI’s programs. Katie serves as Secretary for the Scott County Service Unit of The Salvation Army Local Committee, is a member of the Scott County Health Council, and the Scott County Chamber of Commerce. Katie is a newlywed having recently married husband Casey. Katie is a member of Honey Creek United Baptist Church.

STACY QUEENER, RDA, began working as an assistant to the Children’s Health and Maintenance Plan (CHAMP) program in January 2014. Stacy works exclusively with the CHAMP program helping with dental screenings, making follow-up contact with parents, and with the busing program. Stacy is a remarkable asset to this program. Stacy is married to husband, Adam. They have two children, Nash and Pressley. Stacy and her family attend Paint Rock Baptist Church.
